Redirect existing air currents within a 15-tile radius to flow in patterns of your choosing. You can create localized areas of still air amidst strong winds, redirect smoke or fog, guide scents in specific directions, or change wind direction to benefit sailing vessels. The effect lasts for up to 30 minutes and can be subtly adjusted throughout its duration without requiring additional AP.
