You reach into the multiverse and pull a timeline branch where a specific event occurred differently. Target a single action or event that you witnessed within the past 5 minutes. You can alter how this event transpired, changing a single detail of what occurred (such as a different attack target, a different choice made, an object being in a different location, etc.). Reality adjusts around this change as if it had always happened that way. You retain memories of both the original and new timeline. This cannot undo death or other major narrative events at the GM's discretion.
