You maintain a network of interconnected teleportation circles across different locations. Each circle has a radius of up to as many meters as your Arcana stat. You can create a new circle by spending 4 AP while touching the location where you want it to manifest. You can maintain circles equal to your Arcana level and can destroy any existing circle in your nexus at will. Teleporting between any two points in your network costs 4 AP for you and any creature you designate as authorized to use the nexus.
