You create a dome of translucent divine light centered on a point within range. The dome can be up to 10 tiles in radius and lasts for as many hours as your Phosmagus level. Creatures inside the dome cannot be detected by divination magic or remote sensing abilities. Additionally, those seeking to harm occupants of the sanctuary must succeed an arcana check to enter the dome or target those inside with abilities. The dome is stationary once created and can be entered and exited freely by those not intending harm.
