Target a creature within range. You transform the target into a beast of your choosing of a level up to double your Therotheurge level. If your target is willing they will be transformed for as many turns as your Therotheurge level and may dispel the effect at will. If the target is unwilling, they must make a resilience saving throw, upon succeeding the transformation will only last for a single turn, otherwise it will last for the full amount of turns.
