You create a ceremonial bond between up to as many willing participants as your Arcana stat who must all be present within range. All participants speak an oath aloud, and you bind them to it with divine light. If any participant willingly breaks the oath, you are immediately aware of who broke it and how. The oath binding lasts until fulfilled or for as many months as your Phosmagus level.
