You alter, remove, or implant complex memories in a target's mind. The target must be willing or restrained. If unwilling, their resistance to this effect depends on their Arcana: if their Arcana is lower than yours, they are automatically affected; otherwise, they must fail a resistance check to be affected. You can modify up to Muse level minutes of memories, either erasing them, changing their content, or creating new ones. These changes persist until dispelled by magical means.
