Target a tile within range. You flood an area with a radius of up to as many tiles as your Arcana stat around the targeted tile. The flood will come rushing in and can be up to 2 meters deep. All creatures within the flooded area must succeed a Resistance check against you or be swept up to as many tiles as your Arcana stat in a single direction. The flooded area will remain so for up to as many hours as your Hydromancer level.
