You focus on a single target within range and attempt to charm them. If the target's Arcana is lower than yours, they are automatically charmed; otherwise, they must succeed a resistance check or be charmed. The target gains 2 levels of the Charmed status effect for 1 hour. While charmed, they consider 1 suggestion from you per level of charm, as long as the suggestions don't obviously harm them.
